NEW PROPERTY (Pre-construction)
For under slab treatments we recommend using an Altis
Reticulation system, which meets all Australian building
codes and standards. All treatments are issued on insurance
paperwork and we supply a certificate of treatment for
council requirements, together with a durable notice.
We also install HomeGuard Precision Termite Management
System, which proactively and efficiently kills, repels and
physically restricts termites from the building. It also
doubles as an approved moisture barrier to save you
construction time and money, as is backed by a 10 year
warranty.
Protectimber Professional is an innovative timber
preventative treatment specifically formulated to provide
longterm protection of timber framing against termites,
borers, wood decay (rot), fungi, mould, algae, slime, moss
and lichens.
RENOVATING AN EXISTING PROPERTY (Post-construction)
For perimeter treatments we also recommend Altis Advanced
Anti-Termite system together with a synthetic pyrithoid
termiticide to form a complete treated zone around your
property. When environmental conditions suit a Termite
Baiting and Monitoring system, we use an Exterra
Interception and Baiting system. An Exterra Termite
Monitoring and Baiting system is fully integrated with bar
codes and reporting for your peace of mind. We also use and
recommend Termidor and Premise non-repellency termiticides.
